We are aware of the sad news that Jehu Group has entered administration, affecting the livelihoods of over 100 staff. We have worked with Jehu Group across many projects over the years and our thoughts are with everyone affected by it entering administration.
Pennant Homes is part of Coastal Housing Group and both organisations are strong, healthy companies with experienced staff and robust governance arrangements. Jehu Group was a main contractor on our Hedgerows site in Pennard, Gower and we are working to understand how we can best complete the outstanding construction, access and landscaping works with minimal delay.
There are owner-occupiers already living in the homes at Pennard and we are contacting residents to provide reassurance and updated aftercare contacts. We have also reached out to affected pre-completion buyers to update them on an individual basis.
